In case of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Secretariat (APSAR-BSAR)
by email: info@apsar-bsar.be
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before March 1, 2026: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 20.00 .
From March 1 until March 15, 2026: 50% refund.
As of March 16, 2026 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 20,00.
